As a customer of Quality Performers Ltd you can be assured that we will happily refund or exchange goods that you are not happy with.

Quality Performers Ltd endeavor to provide good quality products and service every time. 

We pride ourselves on our fast order processing and customer service and believe this is why many customers return to us, or refer others to us. Should you not be a satisfied customer please let us know immediately so we can put things right.

How it works

Returned goods must be in new condition to gain a refund and posted back to us within 14 days of receipt. Refund on returned goods will be for value of items only, we can not refund freight price. Our postal address is;

Exchanging sizes, colors etc is not a problem provided the product is in new condition and another option is available. Should a replacement not be available we will happily refund your purchase.

If exchange is necessary due to a defect in product, Quality Performers Ltd will meet postage costs. If exchange is for reasons other than defect, the customer shall pay freight costs.

As Quality Performers Ltd is a New Zealand retailer you have the added benefit that we must comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act administered by the Ministry of Consumer affairs. You can view more information on your rights as a consumer here. Note, only applicable to New Zealand customers.
